There is no link to upload a picture from my computer only from a URL.

Click on "Go Advanced" there should be a section to upload images.

I forgot about that "Manage Attachments" feature. I have had issues with uploading into the "Gallery" feature on one of these forum before, so I gave up. I think it was an issue for me Fiestastforum.com. This one worked.
