Upholding the Fiesta Honor

Although I do NOT advocate street racing of any kind, I found myself in a unique situation.

This afternoon I was driving past my dealer (Galpin Ford) when a new owner of a Focus ST exited the dealership.
Normally this would mean nothing to me however, this guy was all over my ass.
We both turned right onto the north 405 freeway onramp.
This is a very long two-lane ramp that also maintains its own lane all the way to the next offramp.
This guy was still on my ass and then pulled into the right lane to pass me.
Well I dropped down a gear and floored it.
By the time I merged onto the freeway I was at least 4 car lengths ahead of the FoST.
As I looked back I saw that he had exited the freeway at the next offramp.
Maybe he was going back to buy something better.
This was not really a race but a show of PERFORMANCE.


Okay, you all know my car is not stock.

Ahahahaha! It cracks me up when other drivers assume what I am driving is a slow vehicle. I get cut off pretty regularly, so naturally I get right back in front of the person who cut me off. You know... To show dominance! Lol
