Brand new, I forgot to install them when i put my short throw shifter in and after doing some research it's not really all that necessary for my '17.

If by not needed you mean the 17's had stiffer bushings I can tell you that isn't true. Just FYI. Mine were like chewed gum after 10k miles.

Hmm that's odd... Cause i just installed my short shifter at 16k or so and they looked quite healthy.
