I own/have owned lots of niche vehicles (stupid italy with your shitty but delightful cars!!), and for the most parts vendors of aftermarket parts generally suck. My experience with Whoosh has been quite good, and with everyone so apt to complain about things, I think it's good to also give positive credit where it's due. This is not a requested or paid endorsement, I just felt like giving some credit as someone that runs a word-of-mouth business myself. I have ordered things 9 times, with one exception its always been great. The only time there was an error I do not fault Ron for not fixing it, because I didn't bother to open the box for many months after receipt and I was well beyond the exchange window. It would have been unreasonable to expect him to take the part back; that was my first order, and the way it was handled resulted in 8 more orders. Also it was an easy part to sell to someone else :p

- Lots of products available at multiple price points. If I want to be cheap, I can, if I am feeling saucy, he can accommodate that too.
- Good, clear product descriptions with reviews by real people. I like that some of the reviews are clearly forum members here, it adds credibility.
- Ron is not shy about telling me I want to do/already did/am asking for something stupid. (I think he told me a few times on the forum to buy a thermal exhaust before I spent a few grand building... a thermal exhaust).
- When I ask a question, I get a quick response. Not always the response I want, but a substantive response nonetheless.

So true lol, this is the first car I've actually had worth modding and when I first got it I was hesitant to even install a RMM on my own and considered having a shop do it.

Ended up doing it on my own and built up the confidence to do more mods down the line. Now just last weekend while installing the transmission bushing my GF passes by and gives me this strange looks as my center console, battery and intake are all laid out on the floor all to replace some tiny rubber pieces.

Oh how the mod bug hits hard.

To be honest I have had both good and bad interactions with Whoosh. I still buy Ron's stuff so I guess it is a net positive =-)

A good selection with good prices goes a long way in my book.

I only bought one thing from Ron, and I love it. Here's my review:
"I sometimes listen to a weak AM station over 100 miles away. I turned on the radio and tuned to that station, right in the garage. It was weak and static-y. I took off the stocker, and of course, the signal was gone. Put this on, and it sounded exactly the same. Shorter, less likely to kill birds, and it never comes loose like the stock one sometimes did. FM, phone, etc., also no change in receptivity. Looks nicer, too. A+."

Bwahahahahahahaha!
You bumped a near 4 month old thread to add nothing of value and you're surprised at the outcome. I'm sure the mods are tired of cleaning up threads lately, they may as well close this one because you seem to already have your pitchfork in hand

Wait until that MRX 330 post gets re-admitted tomorrow, then you will see what we are all talking about.
