Question on the Mtune handset: Are other folks able to flash their car w/ it? I've got one laying around but I was told that once you install it on a FiST, its locked to that particular VIN. I.e., its not transferrable

Yeah I believe that is correct. Once installed they are locked to a vehicle. This particular handset has never been installed.
