I need help!

I created a account today just to see if I can get any help.

I just bought a 2015 fiesta st that has 113k miles. I drove it for less than a day and it seems like the clutch went out maybe??
I was driving it and then all of a sudden the revs would go up but the car wouldn’t accelerate faster than 20mph. The car still shifts into every gear no problem. I’m just trying to see if I can get any help at all. Tried bleeding the slave but there was a lot of foamy fluid coming out, and it didn’t improve at all. I’m not familiar with these at all and could really use some input.

Do I just buy a whole new clutch kit? What’s going on.. lol.

Not really the thread to ask for that kind of help or what your first post should be, but your clutch slave might be fucked and is soaking your flywheel and friction disc in fluid. Either way you’re gonna have to drop the trans to fix them (your slave cylinder or the clutch)

Sorry about that. I’ve never used this site before.

Most shops should be able to help you out. I have had pretty good luck with Bickford Ford in Snohomish. They replaced my differential along with clutch & slave cylinder. Foamy fluid is not a good sign.
