Does ST 1,6 EB 2015 have a topspeed limiter?

I am not able to go over 245 km/h.
Being far from rev limiter on 6th gear I don´t understand it.

I think its 147mph limited..... Due to Tire limitation of speed and not wanting a Blowout.

I don't think this is the best car to go over 245 might as well get a car designed for higher speeds.

But with ESP on it was just about 230 km/h.
That is the reason why I am looking for another thing to turn off.

Europe spells Autobahn and Autostrada both roads are high speed legal. There is a youtube vid of a guy doing 147mph in his FiST on the Autobahn.
