Cobb Crossover Pipe question

Anybody know what size bolt this is that bolts to the crossover pipe on the intake? Don't think it's a specific size to this crossover pipe but I don't remember if I reused stock hardware or not

This would explain why I'm only able to get a max of 25 psi instead of 26 and change like I was before, right?

The crossover pipe only has vacuum pressure. The piping coming out of the turbo compressor to intake manifold is under boost pressure.
