Do you leave your access port plugged in?

I have the same battery, and after I stopped leaving my AP plugged in, there was no more need for a battery tender.

We had a few weeks of snow here and the Fiesta sat in the garage. 3 weeks of no startup, and the care fired right up.

Yea. I know it causes parasitic drain. I no longer need this setup which is why it’s for sale.

Would the result have been the same if the car sat OUTSIDE in the 5*F-20*F weather after 3 weeks, with a 680? [dunno]

The garage is a non climate controlled detached garage. My old PC680 needed to be charged every 7-10 days in the summer. This XS battery is much better with a higher cold cranking amp.

Anything else needed to drop this right into an ST? Do I need different terminals?

It looks like Woods is selling it with the terminal adapters already installed, so, no on the extra terminals.

Is this still available?
Possibly. I might keep it and use a Lithium battery if it doesn’t sell for what I’m asking. I was debating deleting this add actually.

According to MeLe they’ve never had a XS battery problem. It didn’t work for me after sitting outside in the cold overnight but that’s not what it’s designed to do. So you know, my car has issues on track after sitting overnight in cold weather. On the street it was fine.

Out of curiosity, the computer is attached to the battery box. Correct? How many screws hold the computer on with the Mele battery box.
