Losing Power After Shifting?

Just switched over to my Dizzy e30 tune and the car will hit 26-28psi then falls on its face after shifting and getting back on throttle. It feels like it doesn't want to go anywhere even with the throttle down. When I do a small pull staying in one gear it feels perfectly fine. I've used this map before without any issues. Any help or thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks

Mods: map intake, hot side and cold side charge pipes, depo fmic, 3in catless dp, custom exhaust, 1 step colder plugs, dizzy e30 tune

You may need to consider an upgraded diverter valve like the GFB dv+ ... prevents loss of boost between shifts and will be perfect if you ever upgrade your turbo.

Thankfully I picked up a gfb dv+ not to long ago, so I'll install it this weekend to see if that gets rid of the problem. Thanks
