New Silver Fox Mk8 owner

Hey all,

Just picked up a 2019 ST-3 in Silver Fox. My first Ford, and the most powerful car I've had before this was a 420i, so I'm having an absolute blast with this.

Bought it pretty much as soon as the garage got it in. Not sure on the exact history of the car, but I was told the guy who sold it had it as a weekend car and didn't drive it much - it's only done just over 6k miles and looks pretty much new inside and out.

It's had a few nice upgrades, the obvious being the bonnet vents which always divide opinion but I actually think these ones look pretty good.

It's also got a Revo stage 1 remap, Revo intake with ITG filter, Scorpion exhaust and it's had a ceramic coat done. The 'FST' number plate came with it and is a nice touch.

Only thing it's missing is the pan roof, but living in the north I'm not too fussed.

I've only had it out a couple of times so far, but my only regret is I didn't buy a car as fun as this earlier!

Looking forward to learning more about the car from this forum.

Welcome! I'm happy for you, but also jealous. Europe gets all the cool hot hatches and we just don't.
I have to focus on preserving mine.

At least we got the good hot hatches for a while, while Ford was doing its One Ford program, where they would sell the same cars all over the world. If it wasn't for that, I don't think we would have been able to get our cars here in the US.
So I'm thankful for that and, but I agree with you, it would have been nice to have them keep coming as time goes on.

Nor did we EVER get the 3 door version for our Mk 7s.
