Hey guys whats your take on spark plug gap for (30psi big turbo full bolt) about 340whp on fiesta st?
Ive read people doing .018 .019 .025-.026 what should i do and what should i look for on my data logs?

In the summer it gets 118 degrees in my valley
Id like to find a perfect gap

Luckily it isn't to time consuming to regap the plugs. IMO I'd start at .026. If you get spark blowout/misfire tighten the gap a couple thousandths.

I've ran .020-.022 previously. .020 on my peron g25 car that made 30+psi and 390-400whp always did me well. I run .022 currently with my s280 at 28-ish psi.

Yeah, dizzy told me to run .024 but weird he never mentioned it during the actual tuning process which at the time i was running. 026

Wouldn't have to run those gaps if you and worry about spark blow out with 78kingCobras Custom coil brackets and RS focus coils modded of course! Love me some longer dwell times!

.024 is what Dizzy recommends on high boost.

Tune+ does something similar, although the jackwagon won’t even tell you what his pregapped plugs for high boost/ethanol are gapped at …. you have to buy them and see for yourself.

I cant imagine running much less than .024 …. that’s not much gap.
