JD3/JH1 Non St Springs

Hi all,

New to the forum and tell you what its hard to find a good fiesta forum who can answer questions about these cars, so would be good to get some knowledgeable input.

Can anyone please tell me if non ST springs will fit my ST.

I have heard of people running 50mm Low Supersport springs and they look really good, I want to track down a set for my ST but seem to only find sets which are for Fiesta Mk 6 1.25, 1.3, 1.4, 1.6, 1.4TDCi, 1.6TDCi.

Will these fit?

Has anyone run these or the 45mm SPAX springs?

Yes they will fit as long as its MK7 to MK7..the non-ST springs will lower your car more, I don't know about the MK6 to MK7 though

This is the other situation, some places refer to the JD Fiesta (2007) as a MK 5 and others MK6.

I assume its the latter.
