Help solve what wheel/tire combo is best for peformance

Oh sweet, another wheel/tire thread.

In all fairness, it's pretty comprehensive and I generally agree with most of what I've seen on Tuner University. Must subjects are broken down in an easy-to-understand way without all of the added stories, hearsay, and conjecture typically found in random forums.

I like that they bring up scrub radius, which I don't recall ever seeing mentioned/discussed on the FiST forums.
