I bought a new aircon condenser a little while back as i was replacing the radiator with a larger one, so it seemed like a good time to get a new condenser as the old one was falling apart, but yesterday while trying to connect everything back together i noticed that the condenser i've got uses a larger fitting than the old one, and i am not able to connect everything back together.
Now i am curious whether there are multiple different sizes of aircon condenser fitting that have come on the fiesta st, or whether the condenser i bought is just the wrong one or something. I am hoping that i can just buy a new hose / pipe with the larger connector, but i don't know whether that exists. Would be interested if anyone else has run in to this issue, and how you've dealt with it.
