Interior Pinout/Wiring Diagram Help - Map Lights

Hey folks,

I am confident I have asked this before but I cannot for the life of me find the post.

I have the map light assembly out and am trying to splice 2-3 wires in. Here's the assembly, though I took this photo trying to identify a plug rather than show everyone what all the wires were.

I am trying to identify which wire(s) are:

1. +12v hot with ignition on
2. ground
3. +12v hot in reverse (optional)

Anyone got any clues?
