Hey guys

Struggling to get an answer.. have looked everywhere and the general way people say is to jack the vehicle up in neutral and spin one wheel.. this isnt the way for an atb differential as you need torque applied

We have tried putting the vehicle in gear one.. while on a jack and holding onto one wheel until it stops spinning.. the other wheel keeps spinning in the normal direction but not sure if this is the right way

Is there any way of telling without taking a driveshaft out or doing a burnout? Thanks

spin one wheel in one direction, the other wheel would spin in the opposite direction if there is a mehanical LSD installed. if they spin in the same direction, there isn't one.

Spinning any wheel in any direction does not do anything
One wheel stays still when moving the other

then it definitely does not have a mechanical diff in it of any make. E-diff only from what you're describing.
