Misfire

I am trying to get a used S280 working, waste gate(turbo smart assuming 14psi) and blowoff(turbo smart plumb back I think) came with the turbo. Car runs proper for a few minutes and then misfires for 20-30 seconds and resets. Check engine light blinks during the short misfire stage then disappears and the car runs fine. OAR goes to 0.00 during the misfire stage and slowly works negative until the misfire starts back. Currently running the first setup tune from Dizzy. Codes are P0300, 0302, 0303 and 0316. I have swapped coil packs and one step cooler spark plugs around. MAP sensors and boost solenoid have been cleaned/changed. Compression numbers are 175-180psi across all four cylinders. I have used gas from different stations.

Any ideas of where next to check?
