Are you able to tell if you have an uprated differential through the side of the gearbox

Hey guys

Is it possible to tell if this is an upgraded differential?

This is through the land hand side of the vehicle.. where the driveshaft is longer than the other side

Should be a quaife or m factory

Apologies if silly question
