2014 ST3 No GPS error message

Hi,

I am new to this thread and was hoping I could get some help regarding my car.

I am not very car savvy, so you may have to bare with me when giving me any advice.

I had the windscreen of my car replaced and it now states there is no GPS. I have had a look and it seems the wires behind the rear view mirror are all connected, as far as know what I am looking at.
I have also reset all the settings and done a master reset on the sync settings, but this has not worked.

Looking online, there seems to be people saying you can access a menu to see if there is any GPS signal/it is connected to an satellites, but I cannot seem to see how you do this, so do not really know what to begin to look at.

Any advice welcome, thanks in advance.

hopefully this helps! If you go to around the 3:00 minute mark he shows where you need to go in the diagnostic menu to show the GPS stats. This video should also go over how to get into the diagnostic menu.

Please see attached, I believe I have the older version of the SYNC (SYNC 1 I believe) and this method did not seem to work.
