I haven't even put 1500 miles on the thing yet and it's already overheating. I first noticed it when I was sitting for a few minutes with the A/C on and the A/C kept going from hot to cold over and over. I drove a few miles to another place and sat then started driving again and it started chiming at me and went into limp mode and the temp gauge was all the way up. I turned the car off and let it sit there for about 10 minutes. I opened the hood and it didn't feel hot and it didn't smell like anything was burning either. I started it again to move it to a parking spot and it cooled all the way down. I noticed that anytime the A/C is on the fan is on but this time the fan never came on. So I think the problem is the fan not turning on but it's going to the dealership tomorrow morning to diagnose what the problem is exactly.

I'm starting to think that Ford has poor quality control on the rad, fan, or initial fluid install. I've beat mine like a circus monkey including track days at 90+f and not had one issue with heat.

I've seen this on one other 2016 FiST in this forum so maybe it's a 2016 model year issue.

What did the dealer tell you? Wonder if they can adjust the temp at which the fan kicks on?
