Is it true 3"? I've heard the mbrp is actually a bit smaller.

Edit: looks like the Whoosh spec is $876 shipped with 3" adapter to make it true 3". Is that correct?

MBRP and Thermal are 3" exhausts but both neck down to 2.5" at the downpipe connection.
you can add a 3" section (the adapter) in the Thermal drop down menu to make the Thermal exhaust a full 3" from DP flange to exhaust tip

with some fabrication, yes
but it's technically a Thermal R&D specific part
