I used this downpipe for roughly 1000 miles when I installed my S280. It was slightly too loud for my tastes with the side exit exhaust and I decided a catalyst is for me. The downpipe will come with the gasket that mates to the exhaust side and bolts. Looking for 155 paypaled.

I'll get you a measurement tomorrow. The turbine side is 3". The other side seems to be reduced by a small amount after the flex.
