Is there such a legitimate thing? I see them on the interwebs, but very sketchy info. I have a wheel/tire package that is 18x8 and 5x112, and would love to fit them to the FiST... but perhaps this is just a dream.

You would have to make a new hub or swap in someones 5 lug hubs. Our Hubs are not large enough diameter wise to fit a 5 lug size re drill.

In the 240sx S13’s world we were blessed by the fact that Nissan made the S14 240sx , and 300ZX Z32 ( only rears worked) in 5 lug from the factory. Given that a lot of the real components of the car were actually almost the same if not the same. It was a relatively easy hub swap which a lot of us did.
Nissan was good that way in the fact that rather making completely different shit for their cars they made stuff that stretched across product lines thereby cutting costs down. The R200 differential for example was used in 240sx’s NA Z32’s, Infiniti J30’s and Q45’s. It made finding stuff used if need be a lot easier. Another easy thing was brake upgrades. one could readily bolt up Z32 4 pot calipers and rotors to a 240sx . Thereby getting an instant factory brake upgrade. Oh and 300zx Calipers came in Aluminum as well on the TT models.

The adapters are a thing, but they are typically over 1" in thickness, so make sure you put that in your equation of the wheels fitting.
