Honestly, it took a little over 4 weeks. As I understand it, our power train parts come from the UK and Germany. After 2 weeks of waiting and still driving my car I told the dealer this is unacceptable and I require a loner car. After a heated 10 minute conversation with the service manager they got me an enterprise rental free of charge. It's been over a year so maybe they have some parts states side now but who knows. Best of luck with the entire situation.
