Doing some daily duties. Was able to fit new wheels and tires for the racecar in the back with no problems. View attachment 29794 View attachment 29795
I'm guessing that the 'racecar' is a Miata?
What width are those wheels?

That tire is another choice for those of us who want a pure summer gumball in a 225/45-16 to put on Dekagrams.
They even have a 215/45-16 on the way, but no specs yet. [:(]

92 Miata is the racecar. Those wheels are 15x10s with 245/45s. Wouldn’t mind getting a set of AR1s for the track. But since it’s dual purpose with autocross, I might just stick with a good 200tw tire. 66D301C9-0337-43F8-AD81-C924C44C9B0D.jpeg

Installed front camber bolts and camber plates from Dpro. 5DD70464-A05A-41A7-A5EB-19EDB381D1AF.jpeg 21B3D00A-A07F-4D58-9489-A4A10376F907.jpeg Super surprised one how small the rear pads are. Literally the frosting area of a Pop Tart lol. 91D0F8F1-EDAF-4D2B-9DE9-12132AE3A4C7.jpeg Driver side camber is reading at -1.8 and passenger side is reading -1.35 using my camber gauge. I’ll have to get it on the alignment rack to get exact numbers. Not a lot but some camber is better than nothing. Should even out tire wear on hard driving. 8C36126F-CCC5-49A5-B6BF-F3A9F64BDE32.jpeg 236CEA40-EA00-47B6-8F5D-755E5BEE4A49.jpeg 61218F97-CA04-4CAD-B21F-11C39CA93305.jpeg

Where do people normally post these new threads?
They usually post them here :) Yours was/is just special and seemed more like a build thread or something to be honest. Generally it’s a very short introduction from said owner and that’s that. You went full ham with excellent content lmao. I respect it though. Start a build thread too, I’d be happy to see and know what you are/have done to your vehicle. I then can also live vicariously through you at the track :)

Need to make a few little tweaks.

Pulled out the scales and corner balanced the car. FA1EE188-C1EA-4BD2-9C23-5645A18D1349.jpeg 23EE8BE5-885C-4B38-9FF4-DDD831382B19.jpeg 50.17% Cross weights is good enough for this car. 6B853D9D-7887-49DF-8E43-49DE826B5907.jpeg Roughly got the camber dialed in with my
camber gauge. Going to the alignment shop tomorrow to get it perfect. Can’t wait to get good tires on this car and drive it hard.
