Accessport tuned check engine after dead battey

Hey guys, earlier today my battery died on my fiesta, and we somehow managed to start it with the old push start. And after the car started, threw 2 codes onto my accessport. The first one being ECU engine control unit DTC’s and the second code being P068A. The car drove solid when I got it going, but I stayed outta boost until I got home. Any ideas on what happened to the ecu/tune? Thanks
