Its not happening. It was never seriously considered. Continued promotion of this unicorn will not make it real. The only real news of changes is the possibility of an enhanced output version in Europe dubbed "ST Plus". Simply put,a more tuned version in line with what many buyers are already doing to their cars. Continued masturbation on an RS version that will never exist just causes potential buyers to hold off purchasing decisions! The Fist is probably in its final months of U.S. availability. Ford announced a changeover for Cautitlan in 2017. That means at best 2017 will be a short model year for Fiesta. If there is any past 2016 at all.Nobody seems to be curious about that particular news item that Ford has already confirmed.

Mostly.I'm not angry. Just tired of fairy tales. This site is a single make fan site. The information here should be accurate. Let Motor Trend be the go to place for spy pics and unproven blather. As a member of this site, you surely understand that the Fist is a niche market car. Mis information on things or features that are pure fiction damages the public perception of the car. You don't advocate confusing the potential buyer who might wait too long and miss out, would you?

Think of this from the business perspective-the site gets paid based on traffic and clicks. Quickly sorting the news section shows that that thread is in the top six of all time there. This translates to profit.

A lot gets posted on a forum-true, false, or indifferent. I highly doubt anyone is holding off on a purchase due to that one single thread, and if they were able to find that one thread then they've probably found all of the rest that have distinctly pointed against it. I mean seriously, that thread hasn't even been bumped in the current year...
