Anyone have a Turbosmart Dualport Shortie BOV on their 2016?

Tried installing this BOV (TS-0203-1066) in my '16 yesterday and couldn't get it to vent to atmosphere at all. I installed this same BOV in my '14 with no issues. Wondering if it's the car (2 years newer), the part (I took it off, lubed it, nothing), or the mechanic (me! But my last one went in no issues)

Anyone else have trouble with this part in a '16? I know the intake is a bit different than in the '14, wonder if anything else is also different.
