Anyone know what this is?

Hey, new owner here. I picked up a FiST with some mods, and I'm playing detective to figure out what's what.

Only issue is I haven't been able to jack it up or get in a lift. (The college frowns on parking lot work, and I can't use their lifts since school's closed.)

I haven't too much trouble figuring out some things (like the fact I've got winter tires on the stock rims... and it's summer...) but I don't know my way around the engine yet, and this stumped me. It's that dusty knobby bit that's got "whoosh motorsports" on it. I browsed their site to see if I could recognize it in any products, but I didn't.

Anyone know what that is, or what mod it'd be associated with?

Sounds symposer delete. Deletes the box that pumps engine noise into the cabin. The guy above is talking about the line.
