FS ATP 3" Downpipe

Bought before I realized that I can't run a cat-less downpipe in my class. Passing it on for what I got it for. Reported 14K miles on it, no cracks. $150 shipped in the CONUS

Is the atp downpipe full 3” ? Also do you know if it will match up with a CPE catback? I’m currently high flow catted CPE downpipe willing to swap? Only has about 5-6K on it.
