I’m going to install my B8’s and swift springs this weekend and I have all new dust boots etc but looking on the chilton manual install it says to lube the front strut shafts and top and sides of the outermost part of the dust boot with silicone brake grease. Any idea what this means ? Why would you grease the outside of the boots?? Any other tips and tricks for front and rear install appreciated
