Bad or good tune

Hi guys I have a 2015 ford fiesta st180. I just wanted to know if I got a good file tune or bad because after tuned the car my fuel consumption is of the roof with 10.5/100km and my exhaust tips are completely black and smells of unburnt fuel. My car is stage 2 so it has a 63mm downpipe and full exhaust with 3 boxes on it, it has a r-sport intake with a custom 76mm stainless steel cross over pipe. My car is pushing out 165.8kw of power and 337nm of torque.

I just wanted to know if my turner made my car to rich

Is this a custom or off the shelf tune? Dose your tuner require you to send him a data log, so they see how it's performing for additional tweeks?

It's a customer tune. I went to my local recommended turner and they did a custom file.
