Bilstein B14 Height Adjustment

Hey guys. I just installed the ST specific b14 kit on my 2017 FiST. On the front passenger side I had to set the adjustment collars all the way to the bottom of the strut and got a fender to ground measurement of 23.5. To get the same measurement on the driver side I had to set the adjustment collars approximately 1.5 inches from the bottom of the strut. I found it weird there would be so much variance side to side to get the same height set. I looked over the install and everything seems to be fine. Is this normal or is there something I should be looking for? Thanks.
