Hi Guys ,

I have a G25-550 setup with a 40mm precision turbo wastegate controlled by the car's own boost solenoid and running a Turbosmart Veeport BOV on the hotside of the setup (before the intercooler).

I will attach a log file from Forscan showing a drop in boost pressure around 6k rpm as if the gate closes up and then reopens at full boost.

you can hear it as well on the video that I'll post as well.

I suspect it is either the BOV not being tight enough , the vaccuum lines on the solenoid are too thin or the stock N75 (although brand new) isn't up to the job of controlling that much boost.

any kind of theory crafting or troubleshooting help would be massively appreciated.

What size spring is inside the Wastegate? And what size the The A/r housing on the turbo?

It's a 14 Psi spring , 0.49 AR with the IWG that would have been there welded shut.

I'm confused....You have an IWG and EWG? That housing may becoming restrictive.
