Boost is back! How in the...

So, my Fiesta has been running at half boost for a month or more. We’ve tried everything from tightening tbolts, looking for blown couplers, dealer diagnostics, etc. We put on coilovers a week or so ago. My son hits a dip pretty hard today and immediately full boost is back. I’m at a complete loss... Any thoughts?
