I recently sold my RS and have been looking to sell my access port. It’s absolutely unmarried but I don’t have the car to plug it in and prove that, as per the sales requirements here. So, what’s the best move?

You can plug the AP into any OBD2 car and the screen will come on to show that it is unmarried.
