I’m replacing the clutch and slave cylinder in my 2019 fiesta st today, I’m assuming I need to replace the brake/clutch fluid but do I have to do anything with the transmission fluid? If so is there any I can get at a local parts store like auto zone that’s the same ford oem spec?

It would not be a bad idea to change out the transaxle fluid, especially if it is factory original, or has not been done in 25K+ miles or so.

But, it is NOT required for proper clutch hydraulic system functioning the way a refill and bleed most definitely ARE for the clutch and slave cylinder replacement job.

Totally different systems, even though they all effect the shifting of gears in our rides.
