Does anyone know if you can simply reverse bleed our system with a syringe and pudge the fluid up the lines as opposed to bleeding the clutch lines?

The img you posted looks like you want to change the tranny fluid and not bleed the clutch which generally refers to the use of brake fluid.

If you're changing the tranny fluid, there is a drain plug that will be a lot easier than using that pump to draw it out. Not sure if it's available to you but walmart sells a bottle attachment for about $1 that will allow you to fill without the mess you're likely nto experience trying to pump in the fresh fluid.
