Clutch Issue

I have a 2014 Ford Fiesta ST. I am looking for a clutch that replaces the C1BY-7550-BB. I am only finding used clutches on Ebay, and no new ones. Does anybody know what the deal is with the clutch? Thanks for any help you can give.

I got the 2014 FiST too and it's done 96,000 kilometers, my clutch is fine at the moment. If you have seen Jamie on youtube his channel is named "officially gassed" he used a fiesta ST200 clutch for his replacement.. just a thought as I been thinking about doing that if and when mine is due for replacement.
