I’m fairly sure those tunes are locked to your car, unlikely that they will work for a potential buyer.

They’re locked to the ap so they can’t be transferred through ap manager, I’d advise against it also but it as long as the maps are in the ap they will work.

True, but to be fair, it is against the terms of use of the tune and is like "stealing"... I mean, we all have seen a downloaded movie or shady video stream before but instead of giant greedy corporations, these are small enthusiast businesses that are being ripped off. Not everyone understands this or even knows it, so no offense to OP but I really don't think AP's should be allowed to be advertised with tunes to try to add value, and it's not very safe to run another car's custom tune at all anyway.

It's the ap, that's why tuners you access tuner pro and need your ap serial number so it can only be downloaded to that ap. The car is irrelevant, this was true the exact same way on Mazdaspeeds

I definitely wouldn't use another cars tune nor did I want to seem like endorsing it, just that it's possible.

No, didn't mean to point any fingers at you, just adding to what you said... and some tunes are serial locked anyway, but tunes for a '14-15 definitely won't work on a '16+ and vice versa, that much is certain due to different ECU flags.
