Cobb Vs. Eibach swaybars

Hey I’m fairly new to fiesta st ownership, can someone explain why the cobb swaybars cost less than the eibach bars? I know eibach is the oem for cobb swaybars and I haven’t figured out why the cobb bars are ~$345 while the eibach bars are ~$410
