Team bean,

I did a thing and my fiesta is all sanded down. I just couldn't live the spice life anymore. I'm sorry to the spice lovers whose feelings i'm hurting... but...

I'm thinking of going cement grey (A toyota color - pic for reference) and leaving the hood and roof black.. Black mirrors..

I think it could be a pretty cool look with my black rims and eventually a light window tint... I think the red recaros will looks great.

Before the paint's mixed...... Thoughts??

What if you wrapped it, first?

This is actually a light grey, not mine but a random screen saver I grabbed at work. I really like the color.
That's an mk7 Fiesta ST200 from Europe. It was the last of that generation of Fiesta ST's before they went to the mk8 FiST. Special paint, special wheels, more power, better handling, etc. I have the ST200 Air box in my 2014 FiST that Whoosh gets from Europe.

We're you drinking when this thought evolved? Asking for a friend...

I think FORD was drinking when orange spice evolved

As it sits in pieces I realize I likely will be drinking after trying to put it all back together though

I second this hard.
Ive BEEN thinking about just wrapping the entire car to match my wing. Tangerine Scream

to OP, you could even stick with Grey wheels and i think that combo would be (y)

I keep on thinking of wrapping my car in either Avus Blue or Velocity Blue both are real close to the Liquid Blue Ford used on the GT.

Though I don’t hate the Spice like the OP seems to. I actually felt it was one of the best color options for the 2017-2019 cars.

Just keep sanding until it's bare metal then clear coat it.

In all seriousness - I don't believe in changing colors unless you're doing a full engine + interior out paint job which I would never do on a car this cheap. If you must change the color - wrap it.

And if you were wrapping it I'd not have sanded it. It will be a nightmare getting the wrap off.

I'd have sold yours and bought one in the colour preferred.

Heh thats comedy they only offered certain colors certain years and they were not as popular here as in the UK so lets just say finding one in a preferred color may not be an option.
I agree if he was going to wrap he should not have sanded.
Plus the stopped selling them here as well so it’s kinda of a paint , wrap or go home. I personally would lean towards a wrap as you can always revert if your paint is good but ya most know don’t wrap on bad paint it looks like hell.

Update: Lookin' Sexay!

Can't wait to get her back on the road and flick the bean around some corners . I think the recaros still fit in well ( no, they're not for sale). I'm now drooling over more performance mods.
