Well I posted a thread about these a few months back and most people said to stay away. But for $590 shipped i figured i'd give them a try.
The spring rates are 5k front 4k rear and they're offered in either red/black or blue/black, I opted for red. these are 32 way dampening adjustable, predload adjustable and height adjustable. After doing some research I am pretty sure they're made in the same factory as bc, megan, k sport and a few other brands. I actually wouldn't be surprised if they weren't all just anodized different colors and sold as different brands. But I can't say for sure..
I didn't take any pictures of the install, sorry! but it was very straight forward. Everything fit the way it should and there were allocated spots for the front sway, wheel speed sensor wire, and brake hose. As far as i could tell the preload wasn't set from the factory so I went ahead and set it myself. It was very easy, just spin up the upper collar until the spring is taught, spin the lower collar until it hits the upper one, and then turn the upper collar up until you've got enough clearance between the two to fit the spanner wrench in. once you've got the upper collar in place spin the lower one up to lock them in to place. Sorry if my wording is confusing lol.

The fronts and rears are just about bottomed out. they're spun up maybe 1/4" from their lowest setting. I'm pretty happy with this height but we will see if they settle at all. Currently i'm just tucking the top of the tire both front and rear.
I've only driven about 15 miles so far but i'm extremely impressed. I have the dampeners set 15 clicks from hard on all four and i would not say they're any less comfortable than stock, not bouncy at all. The car corners noticeably better with almost 0 body roll. Acceleration and braking feels more planted as well.
I have STs on my mk1 rabbit and the cx racings feel much more comfortable. But then again the two cars are like comparing apples to oranges, the rabbit is 31 years older, has all poly suspension bushings and is altogether much more raw of a car.
We will see how these hold up long term. But hey! At we have options.
The fiST was supposed to be my all year round daily lol. Modding cars is a slippery slope lol
And here's a pic of my 20vt rabbit for good measure
