Door Latch Problems

So has anyone else had problems with their door latches?

I'm at about 59K and about 2 months ago the door latch on my rear passenger side door went out. I took it to my local dealer and spoke with multiple people from Ford. Turns out there is a recall for it already, but it doesn't apply to my FIST so now I'm SOL.

64,000 miles. Driver side rear latch broke last summer and my passenger rear broke this week.
