Hey y’all I’m have tranny problems. My clutch disengaged recently as I was cruising at a low gear. It popped out of gear and wouldn’t shift no more. I initially thought my clutch got messed up, but I recently bought it stock from ford a few months ago. Also to note I’m a 7 year driver of my FiSt and I don’t recklessly push my car as I used to. One symptom my car was showing afterwards was when I’d turn it on I’d hear this grinding noise whenever I wouldn’t have the clutch depressed in, but as soon as I’d press in the clutch pedal the grinding noise from the engine would go away(my guess would be the flywheel in the transmission?)

Did you replace the bearings when you replaced the clutch?

MY guess would be the throw out bearing is the culprit

The noise symptoms are the opposite of what you hear when a throwout bearing is bad, but it was the first thing that came to mind. Throwout bearings don't cause the transmission to jump out of gear though. Synchronizers can do that. Might be time for a transmission specialist to look at it.
