Only a tall person might say that. I am short so I am sure I could fit two, but my buddy who is 6'7" might run into issues with one behind him depending on its style.

Yeah, you're 6'7" friend might have better luck installing the drivers seat in the back, no matter the car seat situation lol. But either way, I'm 6' even and I do it. It does mean a more upright position though. No gangsta lean here.

True fact, he has that thing where his arm span is a little bigger then his reach. Watching him move a Miata was pretty funny, freeway driving would require a helmet and a death wish.
