Fiesta ST problems

I am a new owner of a 2015 Ford Fiesta ST. I bought a used one and I love it more than anything I have ever drove. Sadly I am having one problem with it. When I slow down, I put it into neutral. when I do so, the car shuts off on me. then I cant get the car to turn over to start driving again or if I do, it takes forever to turn over. my guess is the purge valve is going bad. if anyone has any input about the problem and what it might be and how to fix it, please let me know!!

That doesn't sound like the purge valve. The purge valve has nothing to do with whether the car turns over or not.
Maybe battery and or alternator going kaput. More likely some kind of electrical issue.
