Fiesta ST rear bumper brackets

Hi all I need help with replacing the rear bumper brackets, they have all their "hooks" broken off from when the repair place removed the bumper to fix the paint.. I see that they are pop riveted in place but how do I get them off and retain the new ones in place?

Seems very hard to find any info about it online anywhere, for me anyway.

Removed my rear bumper to have it repaired and had the same issue with broken tabs on the black side mount brackets. The mounts are pop riveted to the body. I just drilled out the rivets on the old ones and riveted on new brackets with a standard pop rivet gun. Easy job.
