I was wondering if there is any thing that I can buy in terms of Cosmetics if it's inside or out that I can buy that cheap and affordable to start nothing big. For example I wanted to see if there is like multiple parts from Ford performance like the carbon fiber shift knob or if there is good headlights and tail lights I can get

Ford Performance had hardly any parts for the Fiesta ST even when Ford still sold it. Now they don't even list the car in their parts section.

If you want to start doing things cosmetic items on your car while savings money I would start with the free stuff. Keep in mind that since this stuff is free, it typically has some sort of feature lost or comfort sacrificed.
For Free you can;
Remove windshield wipers
You can delete items under engine bay for a cleaner look (ex. wiper fluid)
Re route wires for a cleaner look
If you are planning on tracking the car or want the track car look, you can remove interior.
For low cost you can;
Tint your windows
Change LED lights
Wire tuck where possible (extending wiring)
deep clean the car, nothing makes a car easily more presentable than having it clean
After you've done all that, you will start needing to spend noticeable money to get different cosmetic effects.
I recommend swift lower springs, great handling and lowers the car. There's other springs that can go lower for cheaper, but I think you will get less handling back, so do with that info as you want
After that point it really depends on what you think looks good, I wouldn't spend money on a certain hood, wheels or seats just because they're within your price range. Save up for the parts you want or are worth it. Don't just modify your car to modify it, especially if you are working within a budget.

Agreed. Every time you close the hatch, it rattles like hell. The attachment points are too weak to really take that punishment. I had the risers on for some years and recently went back to stock after some epoxy repairs . The original wing is only ABS. IF it were FRP I would then maybe reinforce all mount points and try again as I like the look of the Boomba Risers

Remove windshield. Those are for wusses anyway. Turn signal delete while at it. Saves electricity.
